GROUP INTERVAL STREGTH TRAINING SESSION (PACKAGES)

  • Strength training semi private groups sessions.

  • Programs are created and modified for each individual to insure that they reach their desire fitness goals

  • 2x a week (8x a Month)

  • 3x a week (12x a Month)

  • 4x a week (16x a Month)

Boxing

  • Group class

  • private 1 on 1 session -

  • BUNDLED SESSIONS-

  1. 2X A WEEK

  2. 3X A WEEK

  • DROP-IN SESSIONS:

DUE TO availability drop in sessions are first come first serve

  • PRIVATE SESSIONS (1 on 1):

    Perfect for individuals I need extra work and extra support. Space and time are limited please text or email for more information.

RULES TO FOLLOW:

  1.  Members will be asked to arrive on time to train  

  2. If a member is more then 15 mins late their session will be canceled and they will be ask to leave (this rule will now be enforced no matter what)

  3. All payments will be through the waves app

  4. All sessions will be efficient

  5. NO REFUND,
