Joe’s Training is more than just a gym. Before actually working with him and viewing the videos online, I was a bit worried I wouldn’t do well, but he introduces you to the workouts and tells you the benefits of them. Ive seen a great improvement in myself; with the loss of weight, gaining of energy and overall athleticism. Joe isn’t just a trainer that yells workouts at you. He’s a genuine person who cares about everyone’s goals and achievements. He helps with nutrition as well as working out and sees fitness as a lifestyle and not just a New Years resolution. I’ve always been into working out but I was a creature of habit. I did the same workouts, mainly cardio, all the time and barely saw any results and I was fed up! I heard that Joe opened his own gym in Dedham and I decided to dedicate just 2 days a week for a month with him. The workouts that he showed me had me sweating within 5 minutes! They pushed me more than I could’ve ever imagined and there were days I wanted to give up. But I didn’t. I would incorporate them into my workouts when I wasn’t with him (and ate healthy) and they transformed my body. Weight training was always scary to me but I’m glad I pushed passed my fears and allowed Joe to show me the ropes. Best decision I ever made.
